What’s included in a ‘Soak Session’?
Soak Sessions include access to all communal facilities at The Bathhouse including access to the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy spas and heated magnesium plunge pool.
You have the option between a 2
hour ‘Sneaky Soak’ or all-day Soak Session ‘Here For The Long Run’.
Can I have a treatment on its own without using the facilities?
We do recommend selecting a package to receive the full Bathhouse experience. Our packages include a combination of our ‘Soak Sessions’ along with treatments. This will give you access to all of our facilities, along with your own locker and towel. If you do wish to have a treatment on its own, please call us on 4655 2113 for all our single treatment pricing.
Can I have my hens party, birthday party etc. at the bathhouse?
We would absolutely love to host your special event! We have a number of packages for 5+ guests! Click here to view them. If these don't suit, we can customise one just for you!
What do I need to bring to the bathhouse?
All we ask is that you bring your bathers and a spare change of clothes. A locker will be provided for you to place your belongings along with your own towel. Please don't forget to bring your own slides or thongs to wear around the facilities!
Do I have to wear my swimmers, can I go nude?
Unlike some traditional Bathhouses, you are required to wear clothing & or bathers at all times during your stay.
What is the difference between the ‘Soak Session’ and the Float Therapy session?
Our ‘Soak Sessions’ give you access to all of our facilities along with a locker, robe, slippers and towels. Our Float Therapy sessions are part of our body treatments. Our floats are a sensory deprivation experience in an open float room, filled with 450kg of Magnesium Salt. There are a range of benefits to this experience including muscle and skin recovery and is great for anxiety and depression.
What if I need to cancel will I get a refund?
Your appointment is reserved just for you, so if you do wish to cancel, we require 48 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee will be applied if we do receive less than 48 hours’ notice. Arriving late to your appointment will also limit your treatment time, you don’t want that!
Do you offer food & drinks?
We do offer a range of food and beverages to select from during your stay here at The Bathhouse including fruit platters, charcuterie boards and a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
Can I BYO food and drinks?
No. The Bathhouse is a licensed venue which means we are unable to allow guests to bring their own alcohol. We do have a range of beverages to select from during your stay here. We do not allow outside food except for a celebratory cake. If you wish to bring a cake, please notify the events team prior.
If I’m there all day, can I leave and come back throughout the day?
If you are lucky enough to be staying with us the entire day, you can leave and come back as you wish! All we ask is that you check back in with our Spa Concierge for safety reasons.
Can I purchase a voucher without the dollar amount on the vouchers?
Unfortunately, all of our gift vouchers will have the dollar amount on them. The reason being is that our vouchers are valid for 3 years and if our packages do change, they can still use the dollar amount to select a different treatment.
How long are vouchers valid for?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years, but we know they’ll be using it before then!
Can I bring my kids?
Your child must be the age of 16 to join you at The Bathhouse. If they’re under the age of 18, they must accompany you at all times, meaning they would need to select the same package or treatment as you.
